At Siftingbrrestore, we want you to feel confident when enrolling in our slow-down courses. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancellation for course purchases made through siftingbrrestore.world. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

1. Overview

This Return Policy applies to all slow-down courses offered by Siftingbrrestore, including the Foundation Slow-Down Course ($149), Deep Rest Intensive ($329), and Year-Long Pace Mastery program ($649). Because our courses deliver digital educational content upon enrollment, refund eligibility depends on the course type, the amount of content accessed, and the timing of your request.

We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices that balance learner satisfaction with the nature of digital educational products.

2. Foundation Slow-Down Course

The Foundation Slow-Down Course is a four-week introductory program priced at $149. We offer a fourteen-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied with the course within fourteen days of purchase and have completed fewer than two video lessons, you may request a full refund.

After fourteen days from enrollment, or after completing two or more video lessons, refunds are not available for the Foundation Slow-Down Course. You will retain access to course materials for six months from your enrollment date regardless of refund eligibility status prior to the refund deadline.

3. Deep Rest Intensive

The Deep Rest Intensive is an eight-week program priced at $329. We offer a fourteen-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you request a refund within fourteen days and have completed fewer than three video or audio sessions, you are eligible for a full refund.

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you request a refund between fifteen and thirty days after enrollment and have completed fewer than five sessions. Partial refunds, when approved, will be calculated as the full course price minus a proportional amount based on content accessed, minus a $35 administrative fee.

After thirty days from enrollment, no refunds are available for the Deep Rest Intensive. Live Q&A session attendance counts toward the session completion threshold for refund eligibility purposes.

4. Year-Long Pace Mastery

The Year-Long Pace Mastery program is priced at $649 and includes twelve months of structured content, monthly coaching calls, and in-person workshop sessions. Due to the extended nature and personalized components of this program, refund terms differ from our shorter courses.

Full refund: Available within fourteen days of enrollment if you have not attended any in-person workshop sessions and have not scheduled or completed any one-on-one coaching calls.

Partial refund: If you request a refund between fifteen and sixty days after enrollment, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will equal the full program price minus $149 for each in-person workshop session attended, minus $75 for each completed coaching call, minus a $50 administrative fee. The minimum partial refund amount is zero.

After sixty days from enrollment, no refunds are available for the Year-Long Pace Mastery program. Lifetime access to digital course materials remains active for enrolled learners who do not request a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for any slow-down course, please contact us with the following information:

Your full name and email address associated with your enrollment
The name of the course you enrolled in
Your enrollment date and order confirmation number if available
A brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund

Send your refund request to feedback@siftingbrrestore.world or call us at +18584843400 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST). We will acknowledge your request within two business days and process eligible refunds within ten business days of approval.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment. Please allow five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Upon refund approval, your access to the corresponding course materials, community forums, and scheduled sessions will be revoked immediately. Any downloadable materials obtained during your enrollment period should be deleted in accordance with our Terms of Use intellectual property provisions.

If you enrolled using a payment plan for the Year-Long Pace Mastery program, refund calculations will apply to the total program price, and any remaining scheduled payments will be cancelled upon refund approval.

7. Course Transfers

If you determine that a different slow-down course better suits your needs, you may request a course transfer instead of a refund. Transfers are available within fourteen days of enrollment for the Foundation Slow-Down Course and Deep Rest Intensive, subject to the following conditions:

You may transfer to a higher-priced course by paying the price difference
Transfers to a lower-priced course will result in a credit for the price difference, applicable toward future Siftingbrrestore offerings
Each enrollment allows one course transfer request
Course transfers are not available for the Year-Long Pace Mastery program after the first in-person workshop session

8. Cancellations by Siftingbrrestore

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or significantly modify a slow-down course, live session, or in-person workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a course or event you have enrolled in, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled component or the option to transfer to an alternative date or course of equal value.

We will provide at least seven days' notice of any course or event cancellation whenever possible, and will communicate alternative options via the email address associated with your enrollment.

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds under any conditions:

Course enrollments where the refund period has expired as described above
Enrollments where the content access threshold for the applicable course has been exceeded
Third-party fees or charges incurred outside of the course enrollment price
Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Use, including sharing login credentials or redistributing course materials
Promotional or discounted enrollments marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution instead of contacting us directly, your course access will be suspended pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us first at feedback@siftingbrrestore.world so we can address your concerns directly. We provide detailed enrollment and access records to payment processors to resolve legitimate disputes.

11. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you experience a significant life event that prevents you from continuing a slow-down course, please contact us to discuss your situation. While we cannot guarantee exceptions outside this Return Policy, we review each request with care and may offer course extensions, transfer options, or other accommodations at our discretion.

12. Changes to This Return Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The refund terms in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply to your purchase. We encourage you to review this policy before each enrollment.
